Who's this Kristin chick?

Hey there, I’m Kristin! Most days you can find me running around my house chasing kiddos and dogs in ripped jeans and a bright shade of lipstick. I am mostly known for my obsession with health, hanging out with my peeps online, and living a badass life.

I love serving the world by empowering my fellow moms. The things I am most passionate about in life are my God, my family, and serving others where they are at.

I work with people daily who are yearning for purpose and wellness and am grateful to be able to provide the tools to help them reach those goals.

As an educator and mentor, I provide resources and tools to help others start loving their life, find their identity, enjoy their kids again, and raise up exceptional kids in a mediocre world.

When I’m not busy running my courses and hanging out with my badass moms, you’ll most likely find me in the kitchen whipping up some new concoction for dinner, diving into an inspiring book, or watching my favorite show for a good laugh with my husband rubbing my feet and two giant dogs snuggled up next to me.

A few things you may not know about me:

  1. I am a homebody and an introvert, but I love life and people. Just need my quiet time.

  2. I am completely obsessed with ethnic foods - Lebanese and Thai being two of my favorites.

  3. I hate cake and cookies. Nope, not even tempted. But give me my grandma's berry cobbler and rice pudding and I could probably eat it all in one sitting.

  4. I enjoy almost any genre of music, except maybe polka but can't lie - I wouldn't mind getting jiggy with it to some polka music too!

  5. I still pee my pants a little when I sneeze after having kids... #ineedamomdiaper

  6. When I was a kid I wondered if I was the hairiest person in the world. ðŸ˜‚ (Ask me about my biology class!)

Let's connect and become friends!

“Your group is amazing and I want to thank you for the gift you’ve been given. Clearly the gift of encouragement. Even when I don’t feel worthy of the praises you give, you just make me believe it somehow..” Amanda
“I'm tired of fighting the hardest battle I've ever had to fight alone... And there you were on Facebook and God said, "Kristin".” Linda C
